As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers, assisting them with their vehicle service needs and ensuring a positive service experience.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, establishing rapport and understanding their service requirements Consult with customers to accurately document and assess their vehicle issues or concerns Provide detailed explanations of recommended services, including cost estimates and timeframes Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates on the status of their vehicle and any additional service recommendations Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure overall customer satisfaction Collaborate with the service team to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient service operations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus) Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a related customer service role in the automotive industry Strong automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers in a clear and concise manner Customer service-oriented mindset, with a commitment to providing a positive experience for every customer Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to effectively manage service appointments and customer inquiries Proficient computer skills and experience with service management software Valid driver's license with a clean driving record We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within our dealership.
