Timeshare Legal is seeking an outgoing Client Services Representative who easily connects and empathizes with our clients over the phone, and who serves as a critical hub of organization and communication within our company.

This rise in timeshare cancellations has left our company busy and in need of growing our dedicated team! Client Service Duties:
deal directly with client either by telephone or email respond promptly to client inquiries handle and resolve client complaints obtain and evaluate all relevant documentation and information to handle service inquiries perform customer mail verifications organize workflow to meet employer timeframes direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource record customer interactions and transactions follow up on customer interactions record and track details of actions taken prepare and distribute weekly client activity reports communicate and coordinate with internal departments provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process The ideal candidate must possess the following skills:
interpersonal skills communication skills- verbal and written proficient in Microsoft Office Suite listening skills problem analysis and problem-solving attention to detail and accuracy customer service orientation Preferred
Qualifications:
Associates degree or equivalent knowledge of customer service principles and practices knowledge of social media platforms knowledge of administrative procedures timeshare knowledge is a plus! GREAT HOURS! - 8:
