Responsibilities This position is responsible for the answering of calls or written inquiries from customers, vendors or general business communication.
Fielding a variety of incoming and/or outgoing calls on behalf of our guests and stores.
Responding to written inquiries on both social and live chat platforms.
Conducting research to provide answers for our guests to resolve their issues.
Documenting information in order management systems for accurate record keeping.
Qualifications Education and/or
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Office to including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Dependable, reliable, with a strong attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to changes in a growing organization.
