8K a year Talent Acquisition Partner - University Relations At AtlantiCare, our Talent Acquisition team is growing! We are looking for an experienced and driven individual to join our TA team.
As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will:
Manage full cycle talent acquisition processes for Interns and applicants, including but not limited to managing candidate sourcing, selection, and closing.
Brand and market AtlantiCare as an employer of choice to attract university talent by organizing on-campus and virtual events and campaigns Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and drive strategic talent acquisition plans using talent trend and benchmarking data Provide regular reporting updates to key stakeholders on hiring progress and themes Support identification of university job seekers by utilizing recruitment technologies and career center postings Assist with planning and execution support for internship programs Lead university recruiting special projects as needed QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field 2
years of university recruiting experience Basic understanding of the university recruiting process Results oriented with strong time management and organizational skills Proven ability to use consultative skills and build strong proactive relationships.
Attention to detail and ability to think strategically Intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint 5
years of talent acquisition experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
