Qualifications Education:
Associate's Degree in related field or specialized secretarial training required.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
Experience:
4-6 years secretarial experience required, minimum 3 years at a senior level.
Well-developed communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
Proficiency with computer applications required.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS Performs complex administrative work, such as report and presentation material preparation, functioning planning and scheduling, development and distribution of meeting agendas and minutes.
Interacts with both internal and external customers and ensures accurate dissemination of information on behalf of the Executive.
Effectively schedules meetings and coordinates activities for efficient use of time and resources.
Communicates and disseminates information timely and effectively, maintaining confidentiality as required.
Develops and implements office procedures and processes that support operations and changing business needs.
Responds promptly and professionally to internal and external inquiries, applying and in-depth knowledge of current issues, resources and operations.
Continues to develop computer technical skills and enhance proficiency with existing applications.
Evaluates operational procedures continually and makes recommendations for improved processes within own function.
Provides Administrative support for the InfoShare Board of Governors.
Understands and practices the InfoShare Values.
Adheres to AtlantiCare and InfoShare Policies and Procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.
WORK ENVIRONMENT Potential for exposure to the hazards and risk of the hospital environment on an occasional basis, including exposure to infectious disease, hazardous substances, and potential injury.
Position requires desk/computer work for a majority of the time.
Requires some walking and standing and occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
Position requires increased amounts of repetitive motion with regard to typing.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
