Overview:
Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Water Resources Group.
The candidate will work exclusively on hydrology & hydraulics modeling, stormwater management design, Flood Hazard Area and Dam Safety Permitting.
Responsibilities:
o Support and/or lead stormwater management projects focused on green infrastructure and low impact development as well as stormwater infrastructure improvementso Perform hydrologic/hydraulic analyseso Design Stormwater Management BMP'so SWPPP preparationo Water quality compliance calculationso Soil erosion and sediment controlo Perform flood studies with HEC-RAS, USEPA-SWMMo Dam assessments and rehabilitation design.
o Dam breach analysis and hazard classificationo Flood Hazard Area and Dam Safety permittingo Assisting other departments with engineering and technical support needso Report and proposal writing
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineeringo Ideally will possess 5
years of related water resources experienceo PE preferredo Knowledge of state regulations (NJ at a minimum)o Proficiency in technical skills in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrological analysis, grading and other site development related designso Demonstrated Civil 3D skills o Ability to interact well with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencieso Excellent verbal and written communication skillso Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilitieso Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team environmentWhat We Offer:
