Greet guests; respond to residents' requests and assist in coordination of services to residents; assist in providing services to residents, families and guests; provide clerical support.
Job
Responsibilities:
Arrive on time and as scheduled for work.
Answer telephones and respond to residents' requests.
Assist staff in providing and coordinating services to residents, families and guests.
Assist residents and staff with solving problems.
Direct residents, families and staff to appropriate managers when problems arise.
Prepare correspondence and other forms/documents needed for daily operations.
Prepare marketing folders for sales and marketing staff.
Duplicate and distribute information as directed.
Edit written documents to ensure correct spelling and grammar.
Create and maintain an environment for residents, families and guests that is customer friendly and that values and respects the uniqueness of each individual.
Assist the Business Office Manager with monthly billing and other projects.
Keep lobby and reception area neat and orderly.
Turn on/off lighting and background music daily.
Schedule transportation for residents.
Carry out other duties as assigned by Supervisor(s).
