Responsibilities:
filing paperwork for assigned departments after training is complete.
complete other tasks to assist the staff within the firm itself as well as tasks specific to the needs/requests of any of the legal departments.
assisting in maintaining the inventory & stocking of supplies for the the office.
Translate documents from English to Spanish.
Act as an interpreter for attorneys, staff, and clients.
Requirements:
Bilingual in written and spoken English and Spanish required; candidates who do not meet the requirement will not be considered.
Ability to commit to a set schedule Monday through Friday from 1-5p.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to complete tasks efficiently and promptly.
Minimum of 2 references from previous employeers Job Type:
