JOB SUMMARY Provide a high level of customer service to members and their guests.
Prepares and stocks golf carts for members.
Collect luggage upon arrival and deliver to cottage; collecting and returning to golf shop/cart barn to prepare for departure.
If applicable to location, provide valet services.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Stage carts for daily play.
Prepares carts for members use; stocks and maintains cards before and after each use.
Greets members and assists members and guests with loading of golf clubs on the cart.
Clean golf clubs.
Assists with the maintenance of the driving range; picks up range balls and cleans them.
Pick up and deliver luggage for members and guests.
Assists other areas of the club as needed.
Maintains club personal appearance standards.
Wears assigned uniforms.
Adheres to all Dormie Network's policies and procedures.
Works with all other employees to become an efficient working team.
Must be well mannered, display a smile at all times, greet guests, members, and fellow employees when encountered, show appreciation to the guests and the members, and demonstrate a willingness to help guests and members at all times.
If applicable to club location, may be required to operate club-owned vehicle for transportation of members and/or guests.
If applicable to club location, may be required to provide valet services to park member/guest vehicles in designated parking areas.

Ability to operate golf carts in a safe manner.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Knowledge of golf preferred.
Previous experience in customer service position preferred.
PHYISCAL REQUIREMENTS Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
Able to bend, stretch, twist, and turn.
Must be able to visually inspect merchandise items and member clubs for cleanliness.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Able to communicate with others.
Must be able to drive motor vehicle, if licensed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
