Registered Nurse | RN | HSP (Contract)
Seeking several Hospice Case Managers for Atlantic County, NJ Area.
Need is for 13 weeks day shift (some on call required may be required--inquire for details!).
Must have 2
years Hospice and/or Case Management experience.
Must have valid NJ RN License and BLS.
Rate is $42/hour.
Must have reliable transportation to travel throughout the Atlantic County Area managing caseload.
