Sales Automotive Associate ($20.00 per hour)

Unique opportunity to join a non commission sales staff. We are a One Price dealership and where our average sale $900 below invoice, which is $2000 to $3000 below a normal dealership.Our aggressive pricing creates large volume sales but we do not pay commission to be sure that our staff has no incentives to bump the customer. We offer real upfront pricing and we receive great CSI and reviews. We provide a great environment to work in - take a customer, make a friend, sale a car.
We offer 401K, medical, paid sick days, paid vacation, and more. Position is for a full time 40 hour work week. We also provide a month end bonus based on customer satisfaction. This is the nothing like any other dealership you have ever worked in.
Ideal candidate will have Automotive experience from a reputable dealership. We are also willing to train professional individuals that value the importance of great customer service. Interviews can be arranged Mon-Fri from 9am - 6pm.
