Help Desk Technician

QualCare, Inc.
, a successful managed care organization, is currently seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our IT department in our Egg Harbor Twp.
, NJ office.
In this key role, you will respond to telephone and email requests for technical support from internal and external clients.
Other responsibilities include documenting and tracking all requests in the helpdesk system; identify, document, research and resolve technical problems for a variety for hardware and software applications; escalate issues to higher levels of support and management as required.
Requirements include to 2 years helpdesk end user support; strong interpersonal, oral, written and customer service skills; ability to work independently and in a team environment; demonstrated strong ability to resolve technical issues; ability to quickly learn and apply new systems and technologies; strong knowledge of Windows, Office 2003, 2007, 2010 and Internet browsers; Associate's Degree or comparable technical training certification.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
