### Responsibilities
As a Electronic Integrated Systems Mechanic Supervisor, WS-2610-13, you will:
Review job descriptions for accuracy and makes necessary changes
Initiate recommendations for promotion or reassignment of subordinates
Determine the number and types of workers needed to accomplish specific projects
Coordinate work with supporting or related work functions controlled by other supervisors
Exercise supervisory responsibility over assigned integrated systems repair and maintenance work operations
Supervise employees involved in the maintenance, repair, and modification of integrated multi-complex avionics systems

NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED :
This is an excepted service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the National Guard. Selectee will be required to wear the military uniform. Acceptance of an excepted service position constitutes concurrence with these requirements as a condition of employment. Applicants who are not currently a member of the National Guard must be eligible for immediate membership and employment in the National Guard in the military grade listed in this announcement. Selectee will have one (1) year to obtain the required AFSC.
SELECTIVE PLACEMENT FACTORS : To obtain the required AFSC, acceptance of this position requires a minimum ASVAB Score of 57 in General area. ASVAB scores will not be required to apply for the position, however applicants must obtain required ASVAB scores prior to acceptance of the position. The applicant must verify their scores with their Military Personnel Flight/Military Personnel Office.
FEDERAL EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS :
National Guard Membership is required.
Males born after 31 December 1959 must be registered for Selective Service.
Federal employment suitability as determined by a background investigation.
May be required to successfully complete a probationary period
Participation in direct deposit is mandatory.

SECURITY CLEARANCE :
This position requires the Selectee to possess an Active Secret Security Clearance.
Selectee will have one (1) year of the Appointment to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
### Qualifications
GENERAL EXPERIENCE :
Must have the following experience(s):
Using manuals and procedures
Estimating material and manpower
Organizing assignments for subordinates
Preparing production records, work records and reports
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Must have 36 months of the following experience(s):
Journeyman level knowledge:
Utilizing principles, basic functions and application of theory of electronic integrated systems equipment
Diagnosing problems and determining needed repairs for malfunctions in electronic integrated systems equipment
Making mechanical repairs that require the use of precision measuring and calibrating equipmkent
Testing, measuring, and diagnosing equipment
Interpreting technical manuals, specifications, and publications
Supervisor knowledge:
Planning, Directing, and Organizing work assignments for lower grade personnel
Reviewing work requirements and establishing priorities to meet deadlines
Supervising and communicating knowledge of general supervisory concepts
Applying shop processes
Adapting existing equipment and techniques
