### Responsibilities
As a Medical Administrative Officer, GS-0301-12, you will:
Ensure medical capabilities support the federal mission of expeditionary medical operations worldwide
Perform duties in accordance with established and evolving policies and procedures
Provide policy guidance and interpretation to senior management officials to ensure compliance with medical aspects
Enforce diversity, equal employment opportunity, and the labor-management relations program
Set priorities and prepare schedules for completion of work

NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED:
This is an excepted service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the National Guard. Selectee will be required to wear the military uniform. Acceptance of an excepted service position constitutes concurrence with these requirements as a condition of employment. Applicants who are not currently a member of the National Guard must be eligible for immediate membership and employment in the National Guard in the military grade listed in this announcement. If you are not sure you are eligible for military membership, please contact a National Guard recruiter prior to applying for this position.

Selectee will have one (1) year to obtain the required AFSC.
SELECTIVE PLACEMENT FACTORS : To obtain the required AFSC, acceptance of this position requires a minimum ASVAB Score of 57 in General area. ASVAB scores will not be required to apply for the position, however applicants must obtain required ASVAB scores prior to acceptance of the position. The applicant must verify their scores with their Military Personnel Flight/Military Personnel Office.
FEDERAL EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS :
National Guard Membership is required.
Males born after 31 December 1959 must be registered for Selective Service.
Federal employment suitability as determined by a background investigation.
May be required to successfully complete a probationary period
Participation in direct deposit is mandatory.
MILITARY POSITION : 177th Fighter Wing
THIS IS AN INDEFINITE POSITION : This position lasts for an unknown or unstated length of time and is not Permanent but may become Permanent.
SECURITY CLEARANCE : This position requires the Selectee to possess an Active Secret Security Clearance.
All applicants must possess either a GMAT score of at least 500 or GRE score of at least 292 from an examination taken within the last five years to be accessed as a Medical Service Corp Officer.
### Qualifications
GENERAL EXPERIENCE :
Must have the following experience(s):
Applying principles of organization, management, and administration
Using computer and automation systems
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Must have 36 months of the following experience(s):
Serving as a program or manager in Medical Administration
Developing and recommending policy
Organizing and carrying out specific programs, evaluating and recommending changes in methods of operations
Supervising staff or technical work which included study, analysis or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of managerial or administrative policies, practices and procedures
Preparing written communications and oral presentations
### Education
A Bachelor's Degree in any field is required to commission as a military officer.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
