As an Administrative Support Technician (Office Automation), GS-0303-6, you will:
Maintain correspondence and messages Be responsible for records management Be responsible for the PCIII program maintaining security clearance requirements and information, serve as a data control point individual, maintain awards and decorations Track and maintain civilian and military travel orders Track and maintain annual training certificates and requirements for the command Perform duties as a work group administrator Perform trouble shooting, operation, and testing of microcomputer based systems Be responsible to administer briefings Perform other duties as assigned General
Experience:
Administrative or clerical experience, education, or training which demonstrates the candidate's ability to perform the duties of the position. Experience using computer and automation systems. Specialized
Experience:
Must have at least 9 months experience in the interpretation and application of regulations, procedures or laws. Experience that provided a working knowledge of administrative functions, gathering information, compiling data, and preparing reports. Experience working independently and setting priorities with very little supervisory control. Experience using oral and written communication.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
