FABRICATION SUPERVISOR
As an Fabrication Supervisor, WS-3401-10, you will:
Plans weekly or monthly work schedules and sequence of operations. Establishes deadlines and priorities based on established general schedules, methods and policies. Provides workload data, estimates, information on staffing needs, and recommendations as the scheduling of projected work. Participates in the initial planning of current and future work schedules and development of budget requests. Determines skills, materials and equipment required to do the work. Implements safety regulatory requirements. subordinates wear appropriate safety equipment and follow safety precautions. Initiates or participates in review and improvement of work methods, organizational features, and the structuring of positions to eliminate unnecessary positions and achieve optimum content in those remaining. Must have General experience, education, or training the following:
Using and maintaining metalworking tools. Using equipment and measuring instruments. Specialized
Experience:
In addition to the journeyman level knowledge, experience which demonstrates the ability to plan, direct, and organize work assignments for lower grade personnel.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

$34.95 to $40.74 per hour
